INSET Training and Teacher Teambuilding
Alternative learning and development opportunities should not just be restricted to your pupils. By encouraging your staff to participate in learning experiences outside the classroom you are offering the chance to deepen their knowledge of pedagogy and the ability to transfer this to enriched teaching methods inside the classroom.
As within any professional working environment your school will face difficult challenges and it is important that your teams are able to work together at all levels to overcome these.
We offer a range of packages designed to offer varying levels of support - from team development days to facilitated training programmes. In all circumstances we ask you to give us information about what you are looking to achieve/overcome so that we can give you the best option and ensure that the experience impacts directly back at school.

Staff Development and Away Days
Led by our experienced team of instructors, in teams of 8-10 you will work to complete a series of challenges, you will have the opportunity for group discussions to review your performance, strengths and weaknesses throughout the day.
Leadership/Senior Team Development
These courses focus on key issues that affect your leadership team/school and are designed to create a unique lens for re-viewing teaching and learning practices in order that this information can be passed down through to your teaching staff, allowing for a transformation in teaching performance.
We highly recommend the use of a trained management facilitator during these events to ensure that you get the most from your training.
INSET days in school
If you are planning an inset day at your school then we can come to you to offer energiser activities, problem solving and team working activities in your school grounds to support your own training programme and bring a welcome break to desk based training.
