Planning, Monitoring, Redirecting and Evaluating are all essential skills that need to be developed. We offer well organised, learning focused induction events for schools looking to welcome groups of new pupils and those who are making a transition between schools/year groups.
We believe that these induction events should be about much more
than a fun day out, we focus on your key learning objectives and
arrange programmes that will set your students up for success.We
ensure we provide effective feedback and promote inter-team
discussions to ensure that participants understand the skills they
are developing and how they can use these to impact positively back
in the classroom 
Treejumpers Activities promote :
- Critical Thinking - Make predictions, formulate hypotheses and draw conclusions
- Decision Making - Generate options, weigh up the pro's and cons and decide on a course of action.
- Problem Solving - Identify and clarify situations, generate alternative solutions and review impact of the solution
- Creative Thinking - Generate ideas, build and combine ideas, take multiple perspectives.
- Searching for Meaning - sequencing, ordering, ranking, grouping, classifying and finding patters.
You may also want to consider an Induction residential experience - we can offer accredited programmes that include Sports Leaders UK Awards or work towards Duke Of Edinburgh, ASDAN and many other recognised personal development schemes.
We can offer a challenge day for inter form/team competitions on request, please notify our staff who will ensure that score cards are ready for the day.
