Nothing is more important in growing capacity than first rate professional development for your staff. At the same time for Learning Outside the Classroom to have a 'deep' impact it must be more than a one-off event.

With this in mind Treejumpers have developed their relationship matrix for ensuring sustainability and development. The example below is for a traditional 11-19 Secondary school and can be adapted for Primary, all-through (3-19) or 6^th Form College.
