How does a Treejumpers course increase performance?

What the learner profile gives schools is a 'common language' to use in the classroom and at Treejumpers. Our instructors will always use reflection time and targeted questioning to tease out the learning during and after each activity. This learning is then carried back into school through teachers using the learner profile to ask similar questions and use the same terminology and phrases in the classroom.
