How to Book

You can enquire about date availability and book your trip by:

When you enquire please ensure you have the following information to hand:

• Organisation name
• Telephone Number
• Preferred Dates
• Package
• Approximate Number of students and teachers

The Booking Process:

• Provisionally book your dates, these are held for 14 days
• • We will send you a quotation and terms and conditions document
  • You should send letters out to parents if necessary and collect deposit payments
• Contact us within 14 days to confirm the number that you have received deposit payments for
• • We will ask you to send a signed copy of you quotation, agreeing to our terms and conditions
  • We will issue a deposit invoice payable immediately (or full balance invoice if your event is within 3months). This is usually £10 per person per day.
  • We will send a full booking information pack including your payment schedule.
• 10 weeks prior to your trip we will require your final numbers
• • We will issue a balance invoice, payable 8 weeks prior to your event date
  • You will need to provide us with finer details of your group such as activity choices, dietary requirements, travel arrangements and Girl/Boy ratio's for tent allocations.
