This is probably the most commonly-used phrase in the industry and means something different to everyone! We find that our individual client's aims are very specific so we will always discuss your requirements before suggesting which activities will be most suitable. The spectrum of support expected by clients on a team-building day vary wildly from having fun and getting to know people to intensive workshops and activities designed to address underlying issues in the workplace. We cater for all of these by providing varying levels of support from our highly trained management training team and experienced activity instructors, we can provide just activities or a more structured day with briefing (setting the group up for success) and feedback sessions.

We pride ourselves in being able to offer classic team-building tasks alongside our high adrenaline activities, we believe that outdoor education provides a key way of motivating, training and developing individuals and teams.

 

Activities vary according to centre but include include High Ropes, Low Ropes, Ground Based Problem Solving Tasks, Target Shooting and Motorised Sport.

 

We can also oraganise themed scenario events which often help to add another dynamic to the day to motivate participants, these include Alien Invasion and Spy Plane Down
