Oliver Knight - Managing Director

He joined Ark Academy a year before it opened and alongside the Principal, led the school to it's 'outstanding' Ofsted inspection in November 2010. Oli's focus on delivering real value and measurable outcomes through outdoor courses results in a highly trained work force of instructors who are able to deliver training courses that are high impact and produce real results for the client. All instructors are trained to adapt their delivery to the Learning Objectives defined in pre-event preparation and to ensure that participants reflect on their performance and achievements throughout the event - this is vital to ensure that the work carried out by facilitators is evident at all stages of training.
