Our facilitators are highly skilled professionals with a wealth of experience in industry. They will run a short initial session to create an effective team working environment, improve group dynamics and ensure optimal productivity during all group tasks. This short fun session looks at problem solving in teams, developing creative synergy and therefore setting the teams up for success in the activities ahead. Our facilitators will manage the event for you and stimulate structured, constructive feedback after each task. They will help you with your programme design and tailor the event to ensure your desired outcomes are achieved. They also ensure all feedback relates learning to the work environment, encourage full participation and focus on how to transfer the experience back to the workplace. You can also integrate other more traditional training sessions for example time management, negotiation, performance management, stress management, strategy development and we have facilitators experienced in using many respected management tools including Belbin Team Roles and Myers Briggs Personality Type Indicator.

Soozi has over 15 years experience of helping managers at all levels to develop their skills, capability and confidence in the workplace. She has delivered training across many different business sectors and many different locations. Soozi has a unique combination of management training, coaching and personal development. She specialises in combining traditional classroom training with the power of team development, so linking theory and practical in a fun and memorable way.
Her knowledge and experience are enhanced by previously having run her own successful businesses. Her first business was involved in the management of corporate fitness facilities, corporate wellness consultancy and health promotion. Soozi then joined PA Consulting and later Paradigm Consulting where she was responsible for designing and running programmes both in Asia and the UK.
Soozi first worked with Treejumpers in 2005 and has been a driving force behind linking the 'extraordinary outdoor experiences' back to the 'ordinary work place'. Many of her programmes are bespoke investing time and energy to ensure the desired outcomes are achieved. She feels that transferring the learning back to the work place is vital, adds real value and sustainable results for the business whilst enabling individuals to realise their potential.
